Come join fellow attendees from other private, public and proprietary colleges, universities, trade and technical schools from throughout the U.S. at the longest running and most prestigious Higher Education Collections Conference. Hear from chosen experts in the fields of federal loan and receivables collections that will share their knowledge, experience and best practices about pertinent topics and the latest regulations and procedures.
Please note that all times are EST. Registration includes access to 2 days of conference sessions. This includes a General Session, 3 concurrent sessions, our social media wall, Virtual Event Games, and more! Registration confirmation will be e-mailed within five business days of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, please phone PDG to verify your registration. PDG will request payment at registration if your purchase order or payment has not reached our office prior to that time. Requests for refunds will be honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing (fax or email) on or before September 30, 2021 . Cancellation by telephone is not sufficient. Registrants who fail to cancel will not be refunded their registration fee. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund will be honored after the Conference. Substitutions may be made if registrant cannot attend. Please notify PDG of substitutions by telephone at 812-339-6374 or email email@example.com.
Cancellations and Substitutions
In the event of cancellation or change in date, registrants will be notified by email. Professional Development Group II, Inc. will not be responsible for expenses involved with a cancelled conference. PDG reserves the right to substitute speakers without notice.
* Please note that Student Loans and Financial Services Conference registration is open to higher education employees only. If you are from a service provider or vendor organization you should view the registration options for non-higher education companies here. If you do register for the conference or the workshop and you are from a vendor organization you will be subject to the additional vendor fees before allowed entrance to the Conference.
